Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Gumreel ("we," "us," or "our") is the company behind this service. By creating an account or using our service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Gumreel.

2. What Gumreel does

Gumreel is an AI-powered tool that extracts product data from URLs, researches competitor advertising trends, generates creative briefs, creates storyboard images, and produces short-form video ads via third-party AI video models (currently Seedance 2 / Fal.ai). Results are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to meet any specific standard or outcome.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gumreel. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits and payments

Free credits. New accounts receive 15 free credits (seconds of generated video). These expire if unused for 12 months of account inactivity.

Credit packs. Purchased credits are added to your balance immediately. Credits are non-refundable once consumed by a generation job. Unconsumed credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting us, at our discretion.

Pro Annual subscription. Billed once per year. Grants 1,125 credits (seconds of video) added to your balance. Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; no pro-rated refunds are issued for the current billing period.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any product URLs, images, or text you submit. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the service. Do not submit content you don't have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.

6. AI-generated output

Video and image outputs are generated by AI. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before any commercial or public use. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, original, or free of third-party rights issues. You assume full responsibility for how you use the outputs.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Gumreel to generate illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
• Use the service to infringe third-party intellectual property
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-made in a deceptive way

8. Disclaimers

Gumreel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, specific generation quality, or that the service will meet your business objectives. AI video generation depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable or produce unexpected results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gumreel's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your credits are forfeited and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
