Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Gumreel ("we," "us," or "our") is the company behind this service. By creating an account or using our service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Gumreel.

2. What Gumreel does

Gumreel is an AI video toolkit. The Product Ad generator extracts product data from URLs you submit, researches advertising trends, builds creative briefs and storyboard images, and produces short-form video ads. Clip Stitch repairs the seam between sequentially generated AI clips. Gumreel Labs hosts experimental beta tools. Outputs are produced through third-party AI providers (currently including Enhancor's Seedance 2 API, Fal.ai, OpenAI, and Anthropic), and results are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to meet any specific standard or outcome.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gumreel. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits and payments

How credits are spent. Video generation costs 1 credit per second at 720p and 2 credits per second at 1080p HD. A standard Clip Stitch seam repair costs 0.1 credits; a generative bridge repair costs 1 credit, and we ask for your confirmation before running one unless you have opted in for the session. If a generation job fails, the credits reserved for it are refunded automatically.

Free credits. New accounts receive 15 free credits. These expire if unused for 12 months of account inactivity.

Credit packs. Purchased credits are added to your balance immediately. Credits are non-refundable once consumed by a generation job. Unconsumed credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting us, at our discretion.

Founding Member annual plan. Billed once per year. Grants 1,500 credits added to your balance each year. Subscriptions auto-renew, and your renewal price stays at the rate you locked in for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; no pro-rated refunds are issued for the current billing period, and a lapsed subscription loses its locked-in rate.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any product URLs, images, or text you submit. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the service. Do not submit content you don't have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.

6. AI-generated output

Video and image outputs are generated by AI. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before any commercial or public use. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, original, or free of third-party rights issues. You assume full responsibility for how you use the outputs.

7. People and likenesses (Face Pass)

Generating video that shows a human face requires a one-time Face Pass on your account, signed with your full legal name. By activating a Face Pass you confirm, for every generation that includes a person, that: you are 18 or older; you own or have permission to use the likeness of every person shown in your uploads; and you will not create content depicting any real person without their consent. You must not use Gumreel to create non-consensual imagery, sexual content involving minors, or content that impersonates a real person in a deceptive or harmful way. We may revoke a Face Pass and suspend the account for violations of this section.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Gumreel to generate illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
• Use the service to infringe third-party intellectual property
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-made in a deceptive way

9. Disclaimers

Gumreel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, specific generation quality, or that the service will meet your business objectives. AI video generation depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable or produce unexpected results.

Features published under Gumreel Labs are experimental betas. They may be incomplete, change significantly, or be removed at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gumreel's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your credits are forfeited and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
