How do credits work?
Credits are the one currency for everything on Gumreel. Longer and higher-quality videos use more credits, short clips use fewer, and lightweight tools like Clip Stitch use fractions of a credit. A standard 15-second ad costs 15 credits, so that's a good mental anchor.
Are credit packs a subscription?
No. A pack is a one-time purchase: you pay once, the credits land in your account, and they never expire. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again. The only subscription on Gumreel is the optional Founding Member annual plan.
What's the difference between 480p, 720p, and 1080p?
720p is the standard quality and the default. It looks great on social feeds. 480p Draft costs half the credits and is made for testing an idea before you commit to a final render. 1080p HD is the sharpest and uses 2.5 credits per second, so a 15-second HD ad costs 37.5 credits. You pick the quality right before you generate.
How much does Clip Stitch cost?
A standard seam repair is 0.1 credits, so ten stitches cost one credit. If a seam needs the heavier generative repair (a fully regenerated 4 second bridge), that repair is 1 credit, and we always ask before running one.
Is the Founding Member price really locked forever?
Yes. As long as your subscription stays active and uninterrupted, your renewal stays at $249/yr forever, even after we move the public price to $499/yr.
What happens if my video generation fails?
The credits are automatically refunded, so you only pay for finished videos.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions cancel from your account at any time, and credit packs are one-time purchases.
